Ballpoint pen "resuscitate"
Something you can rely on (often) with pens is that you can not rely on them:
Either one can not locate one of these copies, if one needs it urgently or, if one should have done it, it "shines" with no (more) existing readiness to write.
Remedy can be done here by the "abrasion" of an eraser (especially the "2-phase" rubbers, each with a red and a blue side are very well suited for this):
On a sheet of paper, the eraser is "rubbed" until a "threadbare" abrasion has formed.
This is now pushed together and forms the basis of further action.
Afterwards, the non-functional ballpoint pen will try to "write" on the rubber threads (it may be a bit tedious at the moment) and with a bit of luck the writing device will work again in this way.
