Balsamic Potato Salad

Ingredients for 3-4 people

  • Sunflower oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 onions
  • 5-7 big potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • 1 clove of garlic

preparation

Put a pot of water on and add potatoes to boiling water and cook for 20 minutes (with peel).

Put the oil and balsamico in a bowl and season with the spices as you like. Cut onions and add.

After cooking, place the potatoes under running cold water and, after cooling, peel off the peel. Then cut the potatoes into small cubes and place in the bowl. Finished!

Super fast and barely fat, since there is no Mayo in it.
