Banana bread in twist-off or tumbler glasses
ingredients
- 4 overripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons yogurt, natural
- 350 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 pck of tartar baking powder
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 100 g of chocolate drops
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- a little butter or oil, for greasing
preparation
- Peel and purée bananas, add yoghurt and mix.
- Stir in all other ingredients one after the other well.
- Lubricate twist-off or tumbler lenses.
- Fill half full with dough and place on the grid in the cold oven.
- Bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, boil the lid of the glasses.
- When the cakes are ready, close them with lids and put them back in the oven and let them cool down.
