Banana bread in twist-off or tumbler glasses

ingredients

  • 4 overripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt, natural
  • 350 g of flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 pck vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 pck of tartar baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • 100 g of chocolate drops
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • a little butter or oil, for greasing

preparation

  1. Peel and purée bananas, add yoghurt and mix.
  2. Stir in all other ingredients one after the other well.
  3. Lubricate twist-off or tumbler lenses.
  4. Fill half full with dough and place on the grid in the cold oven.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, boil the lid of the glasses.
  7. When the cakes are ready, close them with lids and put them back in the oven and let them cool down.
