Banana cinnamon muffins

Ingredients for the muffins

- 125 ml of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 overripe bananas

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 50 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 50 g butter
preparation
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees (top / bottom heat). Place paper cups in the muffin baking pan.
- In a bowl, beat the sugar, oil and eggs with a hand mixer until frothy.
- Crush the bananas and stir in the ingredients with the rest of the muffin and spread the dough evenly on the molds.
- Off in the Oven for about 20 minutes or until they pass the stick test.
