Banana cinnamon muffins

Ingredients for the muffins

  • 150 g of sugar
  • 125 ml of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla pod (I take the Bourbon vanilla mill from Dr. Oetker)

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

For the topping

  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 g butter

preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees (top / bottom heat). Place paper cups in the muffin baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat the sugar, oil and eggs with a hand mixer until frothy.
  3. Crush the bananas and stir in the ingredients with the rest of the muffin and spread the dough evenly on the molds.
  4. Off in the Oven for about 20 minutes or until they pass the stick test.
