Banana ice cream with peanut butter

This creamy banana ice cream with peanut butter is super easy to prepare and tastes really great. There is no need to add sugar, you could also omit the peanut butter and just eat the banana ice cream, because ripe bananas are already very sweet in the taste anyway.

The only negative is, you can not freeze this ice afterwards, it does not taste so good and loses the creaminess, say you should eat it directly after the preparation. Is also done quickly.

ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (1 banana per serving, who needs more, just convert the amount)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • possibly 100 ml soymilk optional (but I do not use)

preparation

  1. Peel and slice bananas, then freeze for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Put the bananas in a blender and mix until a creamy mass is formed, then add the peanut butter and possibly milk.

You could also take the blender, but since he does not have the power of a blender, I would thaw the banana slices for about 5-10 minutes.

  • A chocolaty variety is also delicious, this is mixed instead of the peanut butter, about 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and possibly chopped hazelnuts.
  • I'll try the strawberry variety soon, but instead of the peanut butter you mix about 200 g of small cut strawberries and possibly sweeten with maple syrup.
