banana mushrooms

Oh dear, yesterday came a surprise visit and I had neither cookies nor cake there and had to conjure Ratzfatz something. Thank God I had a few more bananas and some fruit preserves I found. Unfortunately, my cream supply had to believe in it, but what does one do not do everything for dear guests. So I made banana mushrooms, a flash dessert from my mom.

So I took a small can with apricots, which I drained well over a bowl in the sieve. Then I beat the cream nice stiff and spread it on a large flat plate. From my baking stock, I took out a small packet of pistachios and grated about 2 tablespoons of block chocolate. So I sprinkled the cream on the plate. From my fruit plate I stole 4 bananas, they were ripe but firm, so without stains. Each banana I divided into 3 pieces and put them in the cream. I put the drained apricot halves on the bananas as mushroom caps.

That was a hello when I served the mushroom meadow. We drank cocoa for that. Was really delicious and went ratzfatz!
