ingredients

  • 6 bananas
  • 500 g quark
  • 300 g yoghurt 3.5%
  • 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • sugar
  • possibly cinnamon

preparation

Peel and crush the bananas, place in a bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice over it, add the quark. Stir and fold in the yoghurt. Finally, add sugar and maybe a little cinnamon to taste.
