Banana slices - fast and really delicious!

1 pkg. Oetker "paradise cream vanilla" according to instructions prepare (maybe a little rum) and cold.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, lay out a baking tray with parchment paper.

For the biscuit dough 4 eggs with 90 g icing sugar and 1 pkg. Vanilla sugar until frothy until the mass throws bubbles and is almost white.


Then mix 80 g of flour with 20 g of grated hazelnuts and carefully lift under the dough. Distribute the mass evenly on the sheet and allow to stand for approx. 12-15 min. into the pipe.

Tip: If the biscuit dough is ready, test with finger pressure: After approx. 12 min in the middle of the dough, gently apply pressure with one finger - when the dough quickly goes up again and the pressure point disappears, the dough is ready!

While the dough is in the oven, halve 3-4 bananas, slice them and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix some apricot jam with rum until smooth.


Pour the finished dough onto a tea towel sprinkled with a little granulated sugar and cut in half.

Sprinkle one half with jam and cover with banana pieces. Finally, spread the vanilla cream on top and put the other half Biscit on top.

Finally, melt another 100g of chocolate with a dash of cream and pour over it.

40 minutes in total - the banana slices can be served right away!
