Basic sage mint frost cloth

In the warm temperatures, these basic sage mint frost cloths are a great refreshment and cute to look at.

materials

  • Old tablecloth
  • Old heat and cold resistant vessel (e.g., teacup)
  • Half a teaspoon of basic salt
  • A handful of antiperspirant herbs (such as sage and mint)
  • Colorful band (raffia or similar)

Action

  1. Take an old, possibly no longer loved, cotton or linen tablecloth and cut it into squares with side length 10-15 cm.
  2. Then add sage and / or mint to a cup and pour half of it with boiling water.
  3. Allow to cool and then add salt. In the meantime, form rolls from the linen towels and wind them loosely with a little bast.
  4. The rolls packed tightly in the half full cup of tea. After a minute, turn the rolls upside down. In doing so, let the end of the bast look out at the top.
  5. Finally decorate nicely and in frozen state, e.g. To offer to guests or friends as a refreshing towel.

Wonderful!
