Bavarian Semi-noodles

Semi-noodles for sweet lovers.

As main dish:
Quarter old rolls (can and should be hard), soak in milk with vanilla sugar and a little bit of normal sugar until rolls are soaked. Carefully turn the rolls into egg and bread crumbs.

Bake in the pan with a little butter until golden brown. Serve with thickened fruit sauces (with fruit). For example, Blueberries, raspberries, etc.

Or as a dessert:
Put the baked noodles in a little vanilla sauce on the plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Add a ball of nut ice cream or chocolate ice cream. As a decoration maybe a piece of cinnamon stick and Vaniellestange put down.
