Bavarian snack with radish

Very tasty snack with radish for warm days.

Especially in the summer, you often do not feel like hot food, as a cool meal is quite good.


You can prepare radish in many different ways, but we like to eat it on fresh butter bread (if possible on farmer's bread)

To do this, peel the radish off with the cucumber peeler, then shave it in very thin slices and salt it vigorously at the end, then let it soak in for about 10-15 minutes. Then squeeze the salted slices well with your hands and put them in another bowl.

The salt has now well dehydrated the radish, now that it has been well expressed, it is with a little oil (rapeseed oil) a little vinegar and a little more salt, depending on the taste.

Now only on the bread and enjoy it with beer or without!
