Be careful when baking pizza on a grill

Freshly made pizzas do not belong on a grid, but on a plate, a pizza plate or pizza stone. Otherwise it may happen that not much of the pizza is found on the grid.

It is not really recommended to cook a frozen pizza at a temperature of less than 100 degrees. Even when using water bowls you should not produce so much steam that the pizza literally liquefied. In these cases baking paper is recommended. Anyone who would rather bake a frozen pizza on a grid should at least be sure that the temperature is high enough to make the dough crispy quickly.

How sad it looks, when a pizza literally "dilutes" on the griddle, is welcome to investigate in an image search engine using the two keywords "pizza" and "rust".
