Bean soup with fresh meatballs
ingredients
- 400 g minced meat mixed
- 350 g of dried white beans
- 1 onion
- 2 - 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder sweet
- 1 hot pepper red getrocknet

preparation
- Allow the beans to swell overnight in the water, thus reducing the cooking time considerably.
- Put the soaked white beans on the cooktop and simmer on a low heat.

- In the bean cooking time, "that will be about 120 - 140 minutes," peel the onion and dice finely, then sauté briefly in the pan and add the steamed onions in the minced meat. Add one egg, add some breadcrumbs and 1 tsp of mustard.
- Now season the minced meat with salt and pepper, then mix everything well, from the mince mass now produce meatballs in a size of 2 cm.
