Beans stew fast and delicious
Have recently boiled a bean stew after eating one with potatoes and green beans based on vegetable broth at the family of a friend.
Homebaked and refined at home.
- Slice the onions and fry, season the curry. maybe garlic
- Add water and then add the instant vegetable stock.
- Add green beans, white beans, lentils and mushrooms from the tin and put them into perspective. Season with savory.
- You can also add fresh vegetables as needed and whim, e.g. tomatoes
- Try again at the end and season with cream or sour cream.
Tip: if too watery consistency just add a little light sauce binder.
