Bechamel potatoes

1200 g of potatoes


for the sauce:

50 g butter
100 g onions
1/4 l of water
50 g whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. Of grained yeast broth
1 pinch of nutmeg
pepper
1/4 l cream
2 tbsp chives

Preparation:


Boil potatoes into jacket potatoes. Peel these and do not cut into thin slices.

Sauce:

Cut onions into small fine cubes and fry them in butter. Mix 1/4 l of water and the flour, add to it and let it boil while stirring.


Season with salt, yeast broth, nutmeg and pepper. Add the cream and stir.

Layer the potato slices in a greased baking dish and pour over the sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven at 250 ° C bottom rack for 10-15 minutes until light browning.

Only sprinkle and serve.
