Beer and mustard Sliced

ingredients

  • 250 grams of meat for sliced
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 50 ml sour cream
  • lemon juice
  • broth
  • 1 tbsp flour

For the marinade

  • 1 middle onion
  • Beer (Pils or black beer, to taste)
  • 2 toes of garlic
  • oil
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, medium to hot (Bautz'ner)
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Oregano (for poultry better thyme)

preparation

Cut the meat into strips. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and add the strips of meat. Possibly. top up with the beer until the meat is well covered, mix well and mix again
Covered in the fridge to infuse overnight.

Remove the meat from the marinade, dab lightly and fry in oil. Dust with a little flour and brown for a short time, then deglaze with broth. In the meantime slice the mushrooms and lightly fry in the pan and add to the meat. Stir in some sour cream, add some marinade and a dash of lemon juice
Season to taste. The rest of the marinade is very suitable for extending the sauce, depending on your taste and needs.
