Beer Can Chicken
This is a great barbecue recipe from the States!
- 1 raw chicken
- Chicken spice for rubbing
- 1 can of 0.5 L dark beer (strong beer, for example)
- 1 roast pan
Rinse chicken under clear water, rub with olive oil, then spread the chicken spice on it. Open beer can, take a good sip and then put the chicken with the popo first on the can, so that it "sits" upright on it. Put the whole on the roasting pan and off in the oven.
At about 175 ° C for about an hour sizzling. The beer, which evaporates in the oven, leaves the chicken meat juicy and gives it the extra taste! Of course you can do it all in the summer on the grill (best a ball grill, which you can always close.)
