Beetroot salad with garlic

A beetroot salad that gets by with almost zero spices and then surprises! The salad is always empty at our summer buffets!

ingredients

(For 4 people)

  • 4 boiled tubers Beetroot (fresh or cooked, not pickled!)
  • 4 toes of fresh garlic, preferably a toe with a green section on it, so very young and fresh, where the individual toes are almost not yet ausgebildet.
  • Dill (frozen goods are enough)
  • olive oil

preparation

  1. Slice the beetroot into thin slices and place in a bowl
  2. Either crush the garlic over with a garlic press or finely chop in the shredder and pour over
