Beetroot wine
Ingredients:
2250g beetroot
1800g sugar
4 lemons
2 oranges
6 cloves
1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
5L of water
Mince the red beetroot (with peel) and cook with the water for 2 hours. Then add sugar, lemon, orange and cloves to a large container and add the beetroot water through a sieve.
After cooling, add yeast. Then put in a large bottle or several small (not quite full). Close with cotton wool. After 4 days pour through filter paper and back into the bottle. The book is ready after three months. After a month it is already good and has 17% alcohol!
Tastes like cold glass of wine. No one believes that you do not like beetroot, it's just the color.
