Black currant jam - homemade

Black currants are excellent marmalade fruits and are excellently suited for cold preparation. This is very simple and not very time consuming:

Wash the berries, remove the stems and place the fruits in a bowl. If you like it sweet, you can add some sugar afterwards (I personally do without it).

Now chop the fruits with the hand blender. After a few seconds, the currants are smashed, and you also hear when no more berries are "mashed".

Tip: To prevent it from splashing, hold the end of the blender completely in the berries and then switch on.

The jam must always be kept refrigerated and consumed after 2-3 days!
