Black Forest cake with alcohol

For this cake I need 3 days, as it is then pulled through beautifully and therefore very, very tasty.

1 day:


Bake chocolate biscuit (cocoa biscuit) and leave it covered until the next day.

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons warm water *
  • 175 g of sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 100 g cornstarch (Gustin, Mondamin or similar)
  • 3 grated EL cocoa
  • 3 gr. TL baking powder

preparation

  1. Beat the first four ingredients with the hand mixer at the highest level for 15 minutes (not less!) Until frothy.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients, seven and lift under the egg mass.
  3. Fill the dough into a baking tin (26cm) lined with baking paper, do not grease the edge!
  4. Bake at 175 ° C - 195 ° C (HL 160 ° C - 170 ° C) for 20 - 30 minutes.

* For large eggs take the smaller and for small eggs, the larger amount of water.

2 day:

Filling:

  1. Drain 1 glass of sour cherries, catch the juice.
  2. Put ¼ L into a saucepan, mix about 2 tablespoons of sugar (to taste) and 4 lightly heaped tablespoons of cornflour with it and bring to a boil. Then stir in the cherries, chill and season with sugar and about 2 tablespoons of kirsch.
  3. Cut the bottom twice, drizzle the lower 1st soil nicely with kirsch, put the cake on top, then cherry cream. Put the 2nd soil on the cherry cream and drizzle with kirsch.
  4. 1 cup of sweet cream with 1 van. Beat sugar and a cream stabilizer and distribute on the 2nd floor. Put the 3rd floor on the cream and drizzle neatly with kirsch.
  5. Then a pies hood is put up and left until the next day.
