Black tea for itching (e.g., atopic dermatitis)

Anyone with itchy skin due to e.g. Mosquito bites or eczema suffers, should try a black tea infusion.

Boil 500 ml of water and put in 5 bags of commercial black tea. Let the tea draw for 10 minutes. Now you can dab with the broth (let it cool down !!!) the skin over a large area, or you take compresses or cotton towels and soaks them with the tea and then puts them on your skin. Let it all act for 10-15 minutes and the itching is reduced.
In chronic diseases, such as Atopic dermatitis or psoriasis, one should dab the affected areas of the skin daily with black tea, but then only let draw for 5 minutes.

But CAUTION: The black tea contains tannins! Too frequent and too intensive use can dry out the skin! If that's the case, you need to give your skin a rest for a few days!
