Blow out (Easter) eggs

For painting eggs, with which z. B. wants to decorate an Easter bouquet or branch, they must first be "freed" from its contents.

To make a small but even round hole in the egg is best used a cross-slotted screwdriver. This is done on the "top" of the raw egg and turns it under light pressure until a correspondingly large hole has formed. On the opposite side, the process is repeated.
With a long needle (or very thin crochet hook, or a clean wire ....) poke the yolk in the egg.

Circulatory stable people then blow directly with their mouths in the hole above.
If you have problems with the circulation, you can use a larger plastic syringe full of air, put it directly on the top hole and carefully press the air into the egg (carefully, the egg bursts very easily)

Under the egg you should in any case make a bowl to catch the egg content. So you can make scrambled eggs or bake cake or ....
