  1. Mix everything together. Add so much milk that you get a loose dough.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
  3. Place the half in a round baking pan. Give the blueberries over it.
  4. Now put the other half of the dough over the blueberries.
  5. Bake in the oven at 175 ° C for about 30-45 minutes. Check with a toothpick if the dough is through.
