Blueberry Punch

Punch is a popular drink in winter. Here is a completely different version.
ingredients
- 4 teas of rosehip tea
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 250 g blueberries
- 100 ml currant juice
- 100 ml currant liqueur
- 4 teaspoons sugar
preparation
- Pour the rosehip tea with 500 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse with the cinnamon sticks for 10 minutes.
- Puree 200 g blueberries with the redcurrant juice and warm gently.
- Drain the tea and mix with the puree and the liqueur.
- Sweeten the punch to taste and fill with the remaining blueberries in glasses.
- Serve garnished with cinnamon sticks.
Deliciously a sweet bread, served with butter and rosehip jam, tastes delicious.
