Bogca - filled Turkish rolls

Recipe for Bogca - filled Turkish rolls.
ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 100 ml of water
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 ml of oil
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 eggs (he) separated
- Sesame, black cumin
preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in water, pour into a bowl and mix with milk, oil, sugar, salt and 2 egg whites.
- Slowly knead the flour. Add flour until a smooth and soft dough is formed. Let it go for 1 hour.
- Take large pieces from the dough and press flat, fill with mincemeat (see below) or cheese, form into bread rolls.
- Whisk egg yolks and spread on the bread rolls.
- Sprinkle with sesame and black cumin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.

- 250 g beef minced
- 1 onion 2 green pointed peppers
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt, pepper chilli
- fresh parsley
Peel the onion with chopped peppers, chop the parsley.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, lightly fry the onion pieces and peppers in yellow.
Add minced meat, fry well for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomato puree, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and chilli flakes, stir and remove from the heat, allow to cool.
