Bolognese sauce

Bolognese sauce alla Nadine

ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat mixed
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small tin of mushrooms
  • 1 small tin of peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 tube of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shot of red wine
  • Salt, pepper, oregano

preparation

  1. First roast the minced meat nicely, then add the finely chopped onions and garlic until they are glassy.
  2. Add a can of mushrooms (without juice of course), let it sauté and deglaze with a dash of red wine.
  3. Chop the peeled tomatoes and add with juice.
  4. Stir the tomato paste with cream and sour cream (if it is too thick, I still add some water).
  5. Put everything in the pan, stir and boil briefly.
  6. Add the balsamic and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  7. Finally, cut the basil into small pieces and stir.

Spaghetti and done!
