Bolognese sauce alla Nadine
ingredients
- 500 g minced meat mixed
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small tin of mushrooms
- 1 small tin of peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 tube of tomato paste
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 shot of red wine
- Salt, pepper, oregano
preparation
- First roast the minced meat nicely, then add the finely chopped onions and garlic until they are glassy.
- Add a can of mushrooms (without juice of course), let it sauté and deglaze with a dash of red wine.
- Chop the peeled tomatoes and add with juice.
- Stir the tomato paste with cream and sour cream (if it is too thick, I still add some water).
- Put everything in the pan, stir and boil briefly.
- Add the balsamic and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Finally, cut the basil into small pieces and stir.
Spaghetti and done!
