Bread baking: so the bread is nice and easy
Bread baking mix - this is how you get nice loose bread:
- Knead the bread dough as indicated for 3 minutes, at least 10 minutes.
- Add a spoonful of sugar to the dough and a sachet of baking soda.
- Leave the dough for 30 minutes, as indicated, for at least 1.5 hours.
- Bake the bread on the bottom rail in the oven.
- In a convection oven instead of 200 degrees better than specified bake to 250 degrees.
The result is loose and cooked through, with a crunchy crust.
