Bread cutlets in the freezer bag

I always put Schnitzel in the freezer bags: so you can fry schnitzel in a bag, simply turn the meat into flour and egg, then into a bag of breadcrumbs and shake, pat, press.

The kitchen stays clean and you consume less breading.
