Breading: fast and clean

Otherwise, I always breaded chops, fish fillets or chicken pieces with the help of a plastic plate set. Always gave a huge fuss. With this tip, the breadcrumbs are quick and clean.

Now I just take a plastic bag and pour some flour into it, knock the meat in the bag with the flat of my hand, give it to the next bag with the beaten and spiced egg, then into the bag of breadcrumbs. I always choose the bags big enough so that I can get in well with my hands, especially with the flour. At the end, I just throw the bags away. My kitchen is clean, and not full of flour.
