Breading with psyllium husks

Because we have breaded broccoli with boiled potatoes and chunky tomato sauce this lunchtime, I thought, I can stop that at TheFruitAndFlowerBasket.

I'm not breading with the classic flour / egg / breadcrumb version but I'm breading with psyllium husks.

The psyllium husk is usually known as a digestive aid or as fiber, but they are very good for vegetables, but also to coat meat or fish with a sausage shell.

After the FS contain mucilage, it is sufficient to simply turn the wet food into the FS and then cook it out as usual.

This breading is delicately crispy, does not soak up fat and is certainly very healthy. I think.
