Brioche for the bread maker

Brioche is a fine table pastry, which you can also make in the bread maker.

ingredients

  • 160 ml of milk
  • 80 g of butter
  • 390 g of flour
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 1 pkg of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1.5 tsp dry yeast

preparation

  1. Heat the butter and milk until the butter melts. (Do not heat!)
  2. Put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and dried yeast in the shape of the bread maker.
  3. Pour butter-milk mixture over it.
  4. Set program on brioche (sweet or yeast pastry). Here we go.
