Brioche for the bread maker

Brioche is a fine table pastry, which you can also make in the bread maker.
ingredients
- 160 ml of milk
- 80 g of butter
- 390 g of flour
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 pkg of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1.5 tsp dry yeast
preparation
- Heat the butter and milk until the butter melts. (Do not heat!)
- Put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and dried yeast in the shape of the bread maker.
- Pour butter-milk mixture over it.
- Set program on brioche (sweet or yeast pastry). Here we go.
