Broccoli casserole

- 300 g broccoli (frozen or fresh)
- 1-2 eggs
- 100 ml of cream (1/2 cup), if necessary, it also milk
- 50 g of grated cheese
- Salt pepper

- Add the broccoli in a little boiling, salted water and cook for about 5 minutes, i. from the moment the water boils again.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Drain the water and add the broccoli to the baking dish.
- Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and some pepper and the cream (milk) with a fork or whisk well over the broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven (medium height).
- Serves for 2 servings as a side dish or appetizer.
- As a main course you can add about 100 g of diced, cooked ham and / or 1-2 cooked, sliced potatoes.
