Broccoli Salmon Lasagna

Today I introduce you to a delicious and healthier alternative to classic minced meat lasagna.

ingredients

  • 1 kg of broccoli
  • 1/2 L of water
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 150 ml of cream
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 250 g of medieval Gouda
  • lasagna plates
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill
  • 2 packs of smoked salmon or fresh salmon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

preparation

  1. Wash broccoli and divide into small florets.
  2. Bring a 1/2 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add salt and broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the dill into small pieces. Rasp cheese. Chop onions and garlic.
  4. Preheat oven to 175 ° C circulating air.
  5. Drain the vegetable water from the broccoli, but catch in a bowl.
  6. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Braise onions in it. Add the garlic a little later.
  7. Then sprinkle the flour over it and sauté briefly with constant stirring.
  8. Douse with the vegetable water, the cream and the milk. Stir everything again briefly.
  9. Simmer the vegetable cream sauce for about 10 minutes.
  10. Add half of the cheese and dill.
  11. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  12. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with a little sauce.
  13. Distribute the lasagne plates on the sauce.
  14. Distribute half of the salmon and broccoli on the lasagna plates.
  15. Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the salmon and broccoli.
  16. Refill with lasagna noodles and spread the rest of the salmon and broccoli on top.
  17. Add another third of the sauce.
  18. Put the lasagne plates on top and pour over the remaining sauce.
  19. Now sprinkle with the remaining cheese and put it in the oven!
  20. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
