Brown sugar dissolves better when baking

To solve brown sugar (whether raw cane sugar, brown sugar beet sugar) easier, a simple trick helps.

The last time we baked Martin's geese, the sugar did not dissolve and you could see the crystals after baking. Therefore, we came up with the idea to make powdered sugar out of the brown sugar, as icing sugar dissolves faster than normal.

Add the required amount to a coffee grinder and let it grind until the sugar is fine enough. The sugar dissolves better because it has a larger surface area.
