Bruschetta - prepared quickly

Because I'm preparing it today, I would like to share with you my "quick and easy version" of Bruschetta. We often do it as a small appetizer, v. a., if stale bread or a roll from the previous day is left.
It is suitable almost every bread, especially we like bread or ciabatta.
I give here the quantities for 2 larger slices of bread, but actually you do it so "after feeling":
ingredients
- 3-4 tablespoons good (!) Olive oil
- 1 Tomato chopped (if I do not have it at home, I just take 1-2 teaspoon of tomato puree, it tastes super delicious!)
- 1 garlic clove, which I press unpeeled through the press
- Salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and sometimes I add some pizza spice
preparation
First mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Let the mixture pass a bit, so prepare it quietly a few hours before.
Just put the bread (or the bread rolls) in the toaster just before you eat, then put it on the plate, spread the finished mixture with a teaspoon - and you're done. It does not get any faster and we love to eat it!
