Brussels sprouts casserole

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 1 box of Brussels sprouts frozen 450 g
  • 2 packages of hind boiled ham
  • 2 cups of creme fraiche
  • 1 package of Gouda grated

preparation

Bring sprouts into boiling salted water - simmer for 8 minutes. Cut ham in time. Drain the Brussels sprouts and place in a casserole dish, the chopped ham above. Put the crème fraiche mug in a bowl and add the gouda - stir it now - sounds impossible - but works fine. Then pour this creme fraiche and cheese mixture over the casserole. Bake in the oven - bake for about 20 - 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Finished! Serve with baguette. You can do it all with leeks, potatoes, etc. Simple and delicious.
