Bucky toddler on ground / road

My son was still relatively small and got a buck on the way and threw himself on the street (sidewalk). I had just read a parenting adviser before and was able to do field studies ... just let it go and move on without turning around. It helped ... alone he did not want to lie down - never came back! And it spares the nerves permanently!

brave little tailor: My son also had his time with the just put on the road. Since we live in the big city, I did not want to just leave him (then 3). Who knows what action that would have provoked him? And sight to and fro, the roadside is definitely closer .... I just sat down and ignored him (just like me). But after two minutes, sitting is boring and he wanted to continue. But not me, I hung two extra minutes on it. Maybe we did that four or five times, then it was through.

With the Quengelware at the cash register we only had problems once. I put the goods on the line and Junior wraps himself a candy bar. I paid him grudgingly and then eaten right in front of his eyes. His eyes grew big. Inclusive of the cashier .....

The thing with the "rausschmiss" I think not good. Something the child wants to say yes. To give an answer to understand: "Well, you can do it without you, all the best and goodbye" I find a very hard and vulnerable track. For us adults it is often difficult to express emotions properly. What do we expect from our children ??? killerbienchen: I still remember a situation from my childhood. Then I cried and shouted snot and water because I felt misunderstood. My dad opened the window and said, "Louder, the neighbors have not noticed."
It was embarrassing .. something really shapes.

I think the tip is good too. The mentioned basic trust is not violated by such an action. The child is simply shown limits. If you can not do that because of a possible breach of trust from the child to the parent, you would end up with a spoiled child that nothing can be said. Nobody really wants that.
