Build dehumidifier for the car itself

What you need:

  • Ne old tin for example old Tupper or biscuit tin
  • Drill with 10mm drill
  • blotting paper

That's how it's done:

You just grab the tin and drill holes in the top and sides. I'll say 10 pages should be enough on one side. You must not drill the holes too far on the ground, because otherwise the coal could come out of it later.

Then you buy normal charcoal (no briquettes) and fill the can with 3/4 of it.

Then you stick the blotter paper sideways into the can. The blotting paper serves to check how far the coal has already absorbed with water. If the coal can no longer absorb water, then the blotting paper gets really wet.

If so, you should use new coal.

Then druff the lid and put it under a seat in the car.

I've got my B cadet really dry and the musty odor is gone;)
