Bulgur patties

A quick dinner without much effort: Bulgur patties as a meatball substitute.
ingredients
- 250 ml vegetable stock (bouillon)
- 125 g bulgur (fine)
- 1 onion
- some stalks of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small cut pepper
- oil
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons flour or more
- Nutmeg, salt and pepper
preparation
- The boiling vegetable broth is poured over the bulgur, stir briefly and allowed to swell for about 15 minutes.
- Fry the chopped onion and pepper with the garlic in the pan, allow to cool slightly and mix well with the eggs, flour, spices, the chopped parsley and the bulgur.
- Form small patties and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides like meatballs.
- This fits very well with a light salad and steamed peppers.
The patties also taste very good cold.
