Bulgur salad
ingredients for 4 persons
- 2 cups of bulgur
- 4 cups of water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tsp granular vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
- a little olive oil
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 packet of feta cheese
preparation
First chop the onion, the peppers and the garlic clove and fry them in a saucepan with some butter. Add bulgur and simmer briefly. Then deglaze with 4 cups of water and add tomato paste. Season with salt and grainy broth.
Approximately Let grow for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, finely dice the cucumber and feta cheese. When the bulgur is cooked, put it in a bowl to cool. Add a dash of olive oil, the cucumber and the feta cheese to the cold bulgur.
Stir well and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
The salad is very, very tasty and tastes good with grilled or grilled meat.
