Burnt almonds not from the Christmas market
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 packets of almonds
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Roast almonds in the oven at 200 degrees (but not too black). Then place in a pan, if possible, coated. Switch the electric stove to level 3, add cinnamon, sugar, water and stir until the sugar starts to crystallize again.
Stir, stir until it becomes liquid again and all almonds shine. And that smells so delicious!
Now pour everything on an oiled sheet and when the almonds are lukewarm, start laying them on the tin.
