  • 250 g flour

  • 250 ml of cream

  • 100 g each of chopped and sliced ​​almonds
  • 250 ml sweet cream + 4 tablespoons milk
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g butter, liquid

preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° top and bottom heat.
  2. Put the two packets of almonds in a slightly larger bowl and mix with cream, milk, sugar and liquid butter.
  3. Beat the soft butter with a pinch of salt and sugar until creamy, gradually stir in the 4 eggs.
  4. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the butter mixture, stir in 250 ml of cream.
  5. Grease baking tray or cover with baking paper, pour in the dough and spread smoothly, place in the oven and bake on a medium rack for 15 minutes.
  6. Take out the cake, put the almond paste on it and bake again for 15 minutes on the top rail.
