Butter-chocolate sausage

Original recipe!
At first glance, it really looks like a salami, but cakes sweet and cocoa.

You take:
1. 400g butter biscuits
2. 200g butter
3. 120g sugar
4. 4 tablespoons of cocoa in powder form (best of all the drinking cocoa)
5. 2 egg yellow

Break the biscuits in a large bowl so that the pieces are approx. 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size. (Like the pieces of fat in a salami)
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar, egg yolk, cocoa and bring to a boil. ATTENTION! Do not cook too long, otherwise the mass will burn on the bottom of the pot.
Then pour the mixture into the bowl with the crumbled biscuits and mix until it becomes a nice soft mass.
Then take a piece of plastic wrap (about 30 cm long) and place 4 - 6 spoons of the mass on the foil. You cover the mass with the foil and form a "sausage". You roll them and squeeze them at the ends so that they do not get too long. So you get about 4 sausages. Then they come in the fridge to solidify and you can enjoy them after about 5 hours.
