Buttercream, which does not get sour for a long time.
ingredients
- 125 ml of water
- 125 g of sugar
- 25 g of corn starch
- 300 g soft butter
preparation
- Measure out 125 ml of water.
- Remove about 4 tablespoons, put in a small container and stir in the cornstarch.
- Rest the rest of the water with the sugar to boil.
- Stir in cornstarch.
- Bring the whole thing to a boil while stirring constantly and let it cool down.
- Beat the butter until foamy (smooth) and then mix with the corn starch pudding. Finished.
- If you cool the corn starch pudding in a cold water bath, the whole preparation takes about 20 minutes.
