Buttercream (DDR recipe)

Buttercream, which does not get sour for a long time.

ingredients

  • 125 ml of water
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 25 g of corn starch
  • 300 g soft butter

preparation

  1. Measure out 125 ml of water.
  2. Remove about 4 tablespoons, put in a small container and stir in the cornstarch.
  3. Rest the rest of the water with the sugar to boil.
  4. Stir in cornstarch.
  5. Bring the whole thing to a boil while stirring constantly and let it cool down.
  6. Beat the butter until foamy (smooth) and then mix with the corn starch pudding. Finished.
  7. If you cool the corn starch pudding in a cold water bath, the whole preparation takes about 20 minutes.
