The buttermilk cold-shell was already at home earlier this summer. My daughter-in-law also took over.

Ingredients per person

  • 1 egg, please pay attention to the freshness!
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk (1/2 L)
  • zwieback

preparation

  1. Take a bowl with the largest possible diameter.
  2. Mix the egg yolk and the vanilla sugar, then add the buttermilk.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  4. Put the rusks on the buttermilk and dip briefly.
  5. Then paint the egg whites and place in the fridge.

That's all, goes very fast and is delicious.
