Butternut squash beer - breaded and fried
The butternut squash is delicious and its elongated pear shape extremely practical: the cores are in the thick part. You can cut slices off the longish piece, peel these slices very quickly and then bread them as a thaler, like a schnitzel.
Roll into flour, season with paprika, salt and pepper, strain through 2 beaten eggs and roll into 150g bread crumbs mixed with 100g grated Parmesan.
At very low heat, the Kürbistaler are then fried in oil. Drain on paper. Tasty like a schnitzel! Corn salad or a potato cucumber salad tastes great. Also with a hot chilli sauce highly recommended.

2 tablespoons flour
1 tbsp paprika powder sweet
1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
