Buy cheap electrical appliances
Often washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator & Co. are really expensive purchases.
Cheaper, and considerably, when you go to a store, the second choice is offered devices that are e.g. have a dent and / or a few scratches (due to transport).
Often really insignificant and only purely external defects, because the electronics are flawless and the warranty period is also 1 or two years (I do not remember quite so exactly!).
So I paid for my washing machine, energy efficiency class A with 1800 revolutions (!) * Smirk * only 180 euros instead of 350 euros or more!
