C-fresh cake
ingredients
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tablespoons C fresh powder (orange flavor)
- 1/2 l sweet cream
- 1 sachet of cream stabilizer
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- a finished biscuit cake base (possibly also a home-made)
- 1 can of tangerines
preparation
Mix the sour cream with the sugar and the C fresh powder. Stir the sweet cream with the cream stabilizer and the vanilla sugar in another container. Then stir gently under the pre-mass. Spread everything on the cake and garnish with the dripped mandarins. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Instead of mandarins and you can also take other fruits.
