Cabbage rolls from the oven
For those who do not want to wrap and fry ... super easy and delicious!
Recipe for about 10 roulades
Put 1 cabbage upside down in boiling water and gradually peel off the cabbage leaves, cut out the stalk and set aside.
1 kg mixed hack: make a minced meat dough (I always take Knorr fix for meatloaf)
Put on a smaller sheet of something sweet, put a portion of hack on it, and roll everything up. Place a larger sheet, wrap and place with the seam down on a non-greased baking tray. Continue until the dough is used up.
Sauté the roulades in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
After 45 minutes pour in a 3/4 liter BREW and place in the oven again for 45 minutes. If the cabbage rolls are too dark just cover with aluminum foil.
After a total of 1 1/2 hours, remove rolls from the oven and make a sauce from the broth. For the stronger taste, add a cube of meat stock, simmer and season with salt and pepper!
